MMC with single hit circle

Is there any way to apply MMC when measuring the position of circles with a single hit?
We have panels with numerous holes and a tight position tolerance that is more of an issue as opposed to diameter. We don't want to measure the diameter of each hole.

You should be able to, as long as your assign a nominal value and tolerance to the feature of size (the hole) and give the MMC modifier to your positional callout.
