This is not specific to the Romer... but I am using it so I will ask here.
Does the Constructed circle 3 lines tangent or 2 lines tangent work for you?
I get a leader line pointing to the right area but the circle is invisible and if I dimension it, it is zero diameter?
PC DMIS 2013 MR1 SP7 or 8 whatever is the latest...
