I recently received our Romer back from calibration and they changed the board for the buttons and I'm having trouble getting them to do what I want and haven't been able to get ahold of tech-support.
When I tap button 3, I would like to tell PC-Dmis that I'm finished with the feature, but it just puts me in Mouse Mode. Should I be able to consistently finish the feature rather than changing modes?
I was trained on one of the newest Romers and we use an Infinite Romer that's at least 5 years old or so. We used the RDS control Panel in the class, but I see nothing like that for this Romer. Is there something similar for my Infinity to configure the buttons?
Is there a way to turn the Mouse Mode completely off? I tried turning the Remote Mouse off in the Romer configuration and that doesn't seem to do anything.
