How to edit hole size in position callout

Hello,

I am struggling to figure this out and I feel it should be simple.

So I measure the hole, hole size measures a couple thou larger than it actually is, how can I input a hole size verified with a pin gage in my report out?

Thanks

  • Nano,

That worked; however, when I ran the next it updated to the measured values. Do you know a way to prevent the new hole size I entered from being overwritten? I am in a sheet metal fab shop and some of these parts have a lot of holes. This process would add hours to some runs.

Every time you run the program, the measured values will update.

Try playing with the hole parameters, number of hits, advanced measurement options (least square, max inscribed, fix radius,...),... If you use fix radius, the radius (and the diameter) will always be to what you set nominal at. Run after run.

What Vinni said will work too.
