Battery Level dropped Error msg

Has anyone seen this msg. "YOUR BATTERY LEVEL IS DROPPED BELOW SAFE LEVELS. THE ARM HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED TO PROTECT THE CIRCUITS.
TO CONTINUE WORKING WITH ARM, YOU NEED TO CONNECT TO AC ADAPTER."

As soon as I open the Arm Utilities or Pc-dmis I get this msg. The Romer arm is plugged in, and it been charging over 2 hrs.

  • You have a battery pack? Lucky bugger.

Laptops will give the same message, even when plugged in, when the battery is 'toast' (like, 5 minutes of usable time when un-plugged).

So, my guess is, your pack is toast and needs to be replaced.

I removed the laptop battery completely, so its not the laptop. How do I go about replacing a battery for the Romer? is that something I can do myself?
