Single Point Circle using PC-DMIS

Can you do a Single Point circle similar to the PowerInspect method in PC-DMIS? And if so how is it done?

if you are running version 4.1 You an go to auto feature Circle in and set the sample hits to 3 and perm hits to 1. This will get you your single point circle.
