need help...When trying to "print" my color map in PDF format from reports window, software locks up and never creates the PDF. Just started doing this, worked fine in past...Any ideas? Thanks
Open Windows Control Panel, Printers, search for PC-DMIS xx Converter, right click and select Printer Properties, go to the Ports tab, verify that "nul:" is checked and nothing else. For some reason this may change to LPT1: sometimes, and then you will get a hanging PC-DMIS when trying to produce a PDF.
Do note that you cannot use the PC-DMIS xx Converter as a 'virtual printer' - make sure that it is not set as Default Printer in Windows, and never select it as your printer in PC-DMIS (or any program)!
