we have written a program to cad with our Romer arm and when we try to run the part we are not getting hits in the target zone. the hits will not register. is there anyway to expand the radius of a target zone? We are using PCDMIS 2018.
You will want to press F10 and select Probe Trigger Options. Select Point Auto Trigger On and Beeping On. Set the Trigger Radius to the desired zone and insert the command into the edit window. The next time you run your part program you will hear a tone / frequency that will increase as you get closer to the point your are trying to measure.
