I am having trouble with operators holding down the trigger too long when taking a point while running our pcdmis programs. When they hold it down, it will show "scanning" and start taking a bunch of hits at that location. (we don't have a scanner an actual scanner) Once it takes those points, usually between 80-150, it will save that number of hits and want the next operator to repeat however many points the last time it was ran. Its easy enough to change back, but it happens quite often slowing down the process.
I have tried the RDS control panel and there is the "Managing Long Triggers" options and turning it off and on to try to get the "scanning" to stop when holding down the trigger. but have had no long in this.
I tried searching the forums before I posted and didn't see anything that matched what I'm looking for.
Does anyone know of a fix for this?
