PCDmis keeps skipping ahead in the program?

Good morning,

I've come across this bug twice this morning. There isn't anything complex about the program, nothing fancy. I have two weldments that I'm checking. I took all of my features on the first one and used that as a base for the program, altering the nominal dimensions to reflect the print. I re-ran that program on the first weldment to double check some of the values, and about halfway through, it asked me to take the first hit on a circle feature, and when I did, it suddenly skipped 6 features ahead to a line and acted like I had just taken the point on that line.

I cancelled out and tried running the program again, and the same thing happened, but this time I didn't even make it to the halfway point, and it skipped ahead 3 features instead of 6. I have no idea what could possible be causing this. Has anyone encountered this before?

Edit: Looking at it more, right before it does this, instead of having the green features that have already been checked, the yellow features that have yet to be checked, and the blue feature that is "next up", it highlights 20~ features in blue and seemingly selects a random one to check.

Edit Edit: Some of the features disappeared in the graphics window and wouldn't come back unless I found them in the edit window and F9'd them. This is bizarre.
