I've ensured that the scanner is selected as the probe, and even sometimes I will get halfway through an execution, scanning perfectly fine, before the guide suddenly disappears and I can no longer scan. This has happened to me a few times, and its nothing a hard restart of the arm does not fix. However, with the 5 minute warm-up time on the RS6 I'm starting to wonder if this is a me problem or if others have encountered this. If anyone has found a better fix than restarting the arm that would be greatly appreciated!
