I recently transferred our version of PC-Dmis to a much newer and faster computer. Everything works fine except the Graphics Window does not show up. I can see the outer edges of it, but I do not see the window. The commands are usable as if it were there, but I cannot interact with it. If I open up the Report Window and then close it after opening up the Graphic Window, parts of Report Window pages remain on the screen as if it's a graphics issue. It may well be, but has anyone run into this before? Also, I tried to update it to the most recent service pack to see if that would do anything, but I do not see a way to update it. Thank you.
When you say "transfer", exactly what do you mean? Did you take the old files/folder structure and just copied it to the new computer or did you install PC-DMIS as usual?
Also, what graphics card do you have in the new computer? Maybe post the specs?
