Feature #17 refers to a radius with a position callout, including MMC. While 17 does no give a value,
PC-DMIS Blade Inspection does. Should I use
PC-DMIS Blade Inspection for the MMC or just ignore it?
The callout is wrong. The bonus coming from the MMC is based off the tolerance for your feature of size - your radius.
You need to contact the designer for completion by adding the tolerance to the drawing, unless there is a text block somewhere defining the general tolerances?
