Creating ABCDE callout

Need help figuring out how to make this true position callout.

Datum structure is A,B,C-D-E

I'll upload a hand drawn rough sketch, birds eye view of the part and where datums are in relation to each other.

How can i make this work? If at all possible

Looks like:
A would be taken as a Plane
B would be the symmetry of two line created from the Datum targets
C would be the center of the slot
D would be a line created from the D Target points
E would be a line created from the E Target points

D and E should be constructed as 2D lines, I think.
But you should be able to input those into "Datum Definition" once you pick up each item

Edit:\ As for the FCF, I think that would count as 3 separate TPs, ABC, ABD, and ABE
