Hey everyone,
I'm pretty new to PC-DMIS so this is probably a simple fix. I'm trying to use our scanner for the first time (other than just playing around with it), and I can't get it to connect. I'm using an Absolute arm 7 axis and a AS1 scanner. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with it or not but we just recently sent the arm out for calibration and it worked before that. I'm getting two alarms that say ''Connection to scanner failed'' and ''Scanner connection failure''. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
