Error while PC-DMIS is homing the machine

My Company has a 4.5.4 SF which we use on the shop floor. Recently I have been getting an error while in the process of homing the Machine when I first start up PC_DMIS...

I've tried restarting PC-DMIS, powering off the whole machine and it still shows up. Has anyone else had this issue? If so what was the corrective action?

Maybe the scales are having dirt on them, try cleaning the scales on each axis, if they are accessible and check.

Carefully remove your accordion covers over the scales.
Ensure the scales are clean.
Ensure no magnets are anywhere on the sheet metal of the machine.
Look for any metal debris near any of your scales.
With the machine powered off gently push it to the opposite sides of where it normally homes to and then try again.
