OGP Vision system

Has anyone tried upgrading an OGP Avantzip vision system to PC-DMIS vision?
If so what problems have you encountered?
We're looking at a measuemind / smartfit upgrade but the price seems to be almost as much as changing to PC-DMIS.

    Date: Dec. 1999
    Drawing# SScope-0292

    I've attached the config files and a photo.
    There is no eeprom.dat file.
    The system only has the optics and a "Smart Ring" light system.

    Please let me know what you think ASAP, as we're looking at an OGP computer/software upgrade.
