reports garbled

My question is this.
when I view a report in the report window all the FCF's come out garbled
no simbols, frames, numbers, etc.
Not sure what the problem is Hexagon just set up the machine on Monday.
Could it be a Font issue?

Call Hexagon...if you have this problem so early in your software use, there might be others that haven't yet been discovered. Setup is usually quite easy, so there might be something else. I question why Hexagon set it up but didn't verify everything working 100 percent before they left!

Problem Solved
The font was missing It was blamed on WINDOZE
