2010 Interac.dll error

I down loaded and installed 2010 vision for my Visio 300 DCC and when I ran it it comes up with load failure interfac .DLL
and my machine can only be run in the offline mode.

I went to PCDMIS.com and followed the link to download 2010 interfac.dll but could'nt find my interface
which is PC-DMIS Vision Type: Metronics DCC my machine won't run without it.

The interfac.dll should be installed "alone". Is it the first install that you do ? Can you back up ? Give us a little more information, maybe someone will be able to help you...

If you have a prior install, just copy the file from there, that's what i did.
Otherwise you can have it from me...

Hi lucky user...
You must select which cmm you are running.
Select --edit-- machine interface setup -- in controller information select TesaVisio 300DCC
Have you copied machine files in the new pcdmis folder?
