We have an issue on two of our newest Optiv whereby the camera image starts to flash which means the software cannot see the image clearly so stop, to resolve this we must close the program running and re-open it which resolve the problem. Has anyone else had this?
We believe this could be the cause of a time out so have start turning everything we can find which has a sleep option to No but as yet we have not found a fix for this problem
