CMM v is a good probe option for measuring edges, circles etc but don't expect to take any hits in the direction of the sensor as the accuracy in the focus direction is poor.
But when used for measurement if circles, lines etc its v quick and accurate.
Calibration procedure needs improvement.
You will need a tool changer that changes at the indexing head
Remember that no back lighting is available with this probe and it has a fixed zoom
