2011 MR1 report/command view issue

Hello,

I just started a new job and am running a Performance Optiv. I have been working with PC DMIS 2010 MR2 for quite awhile on a global machine (first time with a vision machine). I am having an issue that i don't know if it is me or the version of PC DMIS that I am running.

We are running 2011 MR1. I was just wanting to prove that the vision and tactile measurements were correct and consistant with themselves and to each other. When I run my program either the program does not update values correctly or the report doesn't report the values correctly. I this a glitch in the version that we are running?

    Hello and welcome to the forum!
    First, I'm going to move your thread to the Vision section.
    Next, I'm going to ask you to post more detail about the program itself and where the 'lack of updating' is taking place.
  • The program is just checking the calibration ring gage. I do a manual alignment on the gage with the touch probe, and then come back and do the same alignment in DCC mode with the touch probe (min sep for diameter). I then remeasure the diameter (max insc) with the touch probe. I then measure the diameter with the vision system (min sep), and measure the diameter again with the vision system (max insc). The X, Y, and diameter readings in my edit window are not reporting the same dimensions as what are reported in my report window.

    Please let me know if more information is needed
