I have two globals sitting next to each other both with cmmv's and one works fine the other takes along time to measure lines, and the live view seams to be shaking, anyone have any ideas on how to fix this problem?
You should check all the settings ( vision in setting editor), and all the config (video card, drivers...), windows (64 or 32), frame grabber parameters..... Good luck !
i just had this new cmmv installed by Hexagon with a new pc and cannot get it to work, if i check the same part on both machines i get a .2mm difference. all service techs are busy.
You have to check all those parameters, maybe the new pc is a little different than the older... So the config is different.
