first of all, im using classic optiv 321GLtp machine and pc dmis 2011 mr1.
i use offline part programming first and measure the Cad model on pc dmis and get some measurements. and i want to use the part program that i made in offline to live view (machine). so here is what i do.
1. i open pc dmis
2. create new file (i will just adjust the model on the platform and use the grid cursor from the camera and make it straight as possible by my hand)
3. i click close (from file)
4. i open my program (from file)
5. i can now see my program (in DCC) with cad model and i can also use the machine at this time. (but the camera is focus on other direction)
6. i click live view and get some measurements circle, line and point. during this process, i added these 3 measurements at the bottom of my edit window
7. i click insert/alignment/new
8. i set my circle to y x origin and my point to origin and my line to rotate.
9. i click CAD = Part and click OK
10. the live view and the Cad view have the same view now. but the measurements that i previously created in offline mode is out of position.
how can i align the old measurement part programs?
