2016 32 bits doesn't work with HexMSI.dll

I just installed the 2016 version with vision options in the licensing.
PC-DMIS crashes just after asking which probe is installed.
I changed the "actual" interfac.dll by the leitz.dll and it works, but without vision...
I think HexMSI.dll is wrong...
Am I alone with this problem ?

  • I downloaded SP5 yesterday, installed and tried the cmmv, it seems to work fine, but... Yes there's a "but" !
    I'm unable to load the CMS106 with the tesastar-r : the cmm starts to put down the cmmv, and a message error appears which says something like : "can't reset the laser, wrong probe".
    Then, I can'tload any probe (for the lspx, it says "probedata not available")...
    I will try again 2016SPxx, maybe in 2017 or 2018 ?????? when it work fine !!!!!
