Measure two lines on each tooth, intersect the lines creating a point. Create a circle using all the points. Dimension concentricity for the created circle to datum C1.
I measure 2 lines then take intersection point then I loop for 24 points by rotate 15deg but after looping I cannot create circle through 24 points (points in looping not show)
yea don't loop it.. do two lines create intersect point then copy all that and then choose pattern from the edit tab at top and then choose by rotating 15 degrees and how many times to pattern it 23 times then go back to edit window and make sure to un click what you had high lighted to copy and put courser at end of program and then go back to edit tab from top and choose paste with pattern then run it all and create a circle from all points then dimension
The looped features don't show in the selection window but are available as bfire has shown here, construct a circle with some features you CAN select and then edit as bfire has shown.

However I have new problems, I need inspect sheet have 90 parts with rows and columns as picture below.
I use 3 Loop for measure it.
Loop 1: time = 6, Pitch = 20 ( for Y direction loop)
Loop 2: time = 15, pitch = 15 ( For X Direction loop)
Measure Circle C1 then create X,Y origin at C1
Loop 3: time = 24, pitch = 15 degree ( for measure circle and concentric)
Measure line 1, Line3 then take 24 intersection points
Create circle 2 connect 24 points
Calculate concentric of Cicle 2 and circle 1
End Loop 3
End Loop 2
End Loop 1
However, I can measure 1st circle only, from circle 2nd program measure line at circle 3rd.?

I'm not sure that a loop inside a loop inside another loop works fine...
I would create a sub measuring the part, then recall the sub in another prog which makes the rows and columns (for example LOOP from 1 to 6, with a DO/UNTIL number =16)
