Pc-dmis is offline mode

Hi. today, I double click to part program of Pcdmis so program is resetting and cannot running.
Now when I start PCDMIS it always is offline mode, cannot control Machine.
Can you help me repair to online mode.
Optive classic 443, PC DMIS 2017.

maybe shut everything down, restart machine and reboot computer.

Did you just double click the icon for the program or was PC-DMIS started first?
IDFK if that makes a difference.
Agreed, just turn it off & back on.
Maybe try to Run As Admin or something

Open your Task Manager, you may have multiple instances of PCDLRN.exe open in the background. End Task them all.

Restarting the computer will help as well.

I don't see any error, only offline mode, and cannot click new part program files.

xuantam91 Check all your cables and make sure they are plugged in correctly. Seems like there is a disconnect between the controller and the computer. Also, is your SMA current? Are you using a HASP or LMS license?

Make sure the dongle didn't come unplugged, or you're connected to the internet/your server or however that works.

Though I suppose it would say you're missing a portlock if the dongle was unplugged...
Right click the shortcut for PC-DMIS and click properties. It should mention something about going to the PCDLRN.exe. I think if it has /o at the end it's offline

I think , your" interfac.dll" file was disappear. I worked with some new installed optical machine , and sometimes that file fly away to somewhere. first try find the file , if is not there , that is the reason of your trouble.
