2019 R2 SP1 + CMMVe problems

Lot of crashes today, trying to execute an old program (which worked on 2018 r2).
I believe that the problem comes from a new lightning option (at the bottom right of the light window).
I'm unable to change to ON the first setting of light into the command window (<OFF,50,ON>Wink.
In my program which crashes, it's <ON,100,ON>, the light is very "strong", and I can measure the equator of a white sphere with black background.
If I click on the new button, the light becomes "strong", but decrease while I select test... Disappointed

Any other guy saw it ?

Ah, I forgot, the rotary turns Sunglasses !
  • I am glad rotary turns!!

I have had many issues stemming from the new lighting integrations.

-I had a program that ran well in 2019 R1 go completely corrupt in R2 when migrating the lighting.
-I created an auto calibration program that stalls after the ring is calibrated with vision. I can manually toggle through the probes to calibrate, but I want to use my auto cal program that works so well in previous versions. (I have sent that program and probes to Neil to debug).
-There were many many random crashes as well, especially when it came to copying and pasting code.

I have not seen the lighting issues that you speak of, but something is screwy with the software and I am not using it until the bugs get worked out.
  • 2019 R2 smells... funny. Haven't you heard the cries from the tortured souls that installed 2019 R2, ? I have heard them and it kept me from installing any 2019 R2 version...

  • "Who's watching?
    Tell me, who's watching?

    Who's watching" it?

"I'm just an average man with an average life
I work from nine to five*, hey, hell, I pay the price" (for the sma !)
"All I want is to" get an answer Slight smile

    * closer than heigth to six than nine to five !!!!!!

Thx to Kennedy Williams, alias Rockwell... Slight smile
