Lighting in programs will not save. Its dark everytime I relaunch...Help!!!

Hi Guru's!
So, we just upgraded our Demon to 2018, new computer,etc. My programs have vision lighting and when I close the program and try to rerun again, all my lighting is dark and I have no lighting. The kicker is, It saves auto moves,clr planes etc. For some reason it loses its original light settings on every feature.
Any ideas will be greatly appreciated!!!!
  • What kind of CMM do you have?

    Did you migrate all your settings from the old computer? Who did the setup, you or Hexagon?

    If you go into Machine Interface Setup, do you have the right controller and settings as your previous computer?

    Did you do a restore from the backup from the previous version in Setting Editor?

    Does the new computer have the same privileges as the old computer? I assume you went from Windows 7 to Windows 10. There are changes in how Windows allows things to work.

    Hexagon set it up and it's a new computer.
    I do not know of the settings, I am not a tech.
    We went from Windows XP to Windows 10 and Dmis 2012 to Dmis 2018R2
    Hexagon remoted in I noticed they were changing permissions.

    Most likely a permissions deal moving to 10.
