Tesa visio 300 dcc/pcdmis 2016 camera issue

Greeting all,
Upon last calibration by Hexagon we updated software to PCDmis 2016. In doing so we seemed to have lost color for our camera, it is now only viewing black and white: Whereas before calibration it was seeing color of parts as well as color of the backlight which was green. This has screwed with our programs as a lot of hits were taken to part color and backlight color. I have looked and looked but cannot find anywhere to change the camera back to color from black and white. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I had this issue back then as well. I don't remember the solution though. I sent a ticket into tech support and they were able to remote in, via TeamViewer, and fix the issue. Go that route.
