Optic probe calibration

 HI,

I am new to this machine, tesa v-300 dcc pcdmis, i want to calibrate all probes, i did it manualy one by one, but to do it property instruction says need calibrate optical probe first to ring, then probe to ring...

But i can't start calibration for ring with optic probe, I dont know were to start what to look it says looking for x axis. On the ring its no marking places were to focus or what to look for...

At the start i crated my all 6 probes in tp20 rack, and optical probe was calibrated, then i moved all probes to new probe folder that i crated as well, i set up all probes to rack it looks like working.
and then i started getting msg when start new program that optic probe is not calibrated.. i done back up for this probe but nothing changed it still shows not calibrated but it was.. and i don't change any setting for this probe.

And i cant calibrate it i am looking for detailed instruction but cant find any... f1 not helping at all. Hope to get help here

  • Yes I redirected pc-dmis and move all files. A BIT few more files then before, so now optic works calibration

I started optic calibrate offset, to ring location changed YES. Goes well, then main probe calibrating to same ring NO location didnt moved, then same main probe to sphere YES location changed, 1 hit to sphere top and calibrating goes well for this probe.
After this instruction told me that I should calibrate any other my probe to sphere without canging location in dcc NO location didnt change for sphere. So i selecting my probe 2, changing probe automatically from rack and program stop i am getting error move comand outside travel limit. See attachment.
If selecting in calibration sphere moved YES 1 hit to top then working other probes calibration, but it should work in dcc..?
