Optiv was running on Friday morning with a co-op at the helm. Today it's throwing up this error.
"Lock is programmed for 'Vision Box' but HSI.dll is 'HSI_MYCRONA.DLL''
Did the co-op reprogram the hardware key/dongle or did he rename the HSI_MYCRONA.DLL to HSI.DLL?
Has the dongle been swapped between machines? Is the correct dongle sitting in the machine/computer it was meant for?
