Hi, I have got a Tesa Visio DCC which keeps giving me a HSI - Motion Timeout Error. Sometimes it is in the same place but then if I keep repeating the vision measurement sometimes it will go through. I have recalibrated the encoders using the custom encoder setup V3.04 and this all seams fine with no errors etc. Also when jogging the machine around everything seems fine but I was hoping someone could help point me in the right direction on how to help solve this please as it is very frustrating. Thank you
It seems you're using an old version of PC-DMIS...
Maybe the update V3.04 is not a good idea, because of compatibility with windows (what version ?) or PC-DMIS...
