Graphic Display Window not showing in 2021

Been running 2016 for a while. Just upgraded to 2021 and I can’t see my cad window. The graphic window is checked in the Insert drop down menu but it’s not showing, report window works. Graphics display works in 2016 but not 2021.

any ideas? Thanks!

Here is a snippet, the graphic window screen actually shows what was last in there. so I clicked the report icon and then clicked it again so the report would minimize and like a "copy" stayed on the screen. Kind of like a wall paper in that graphic window.
