TESA-VISIO 500 Universal
Latest trend in vision machines, the new TESA-VISIO 500 Universal designed for contact and non-contact measurement was successfully launched on the European market during the last CONTROL trade fair for Quality Assurance held in Stuttgart/Germany (April 2008).

Combining three measurement technologies - optical, tactile and laser - this machine provides the versatility and accuracy needed to inspect a growing number of workpieces with geometry becoming more and more sophisticated. Due to its three-axis calibration, TESA-VISIO 500 is also capable to compensate for volumetric errors.

If you consider "The lastest Trend" to be over ten years old...

Multi-sensor (video, touch, and laser) have been incorporated together for over a decade, with many vendors in their 3 generation hardware and software.
  • I know this is a Hexagon site so no offense intended. Just noting.
