Wireless Jogbox fault TR_FG132?

Running PcDmis 3.7. Wireless jog box controller will not get a machine start which blinks while all the other lights stay lit, which they shouldn't. Did machine shutdown and reboot entire system a few times and nothing changes. Any thoughts?

Batteries are fine. Replaced them out, but is also plugged into charger.
