does pcdims have a buzzer command like the BZ command in measure max ?

Try this

Create a batch file (use notepad and save as option to give it a .bat extension)

(Batch File Help http://www.computerhope.com/batch.htm)

Batch File example
start C:\SoundClips\ProgramFinished.wav

then using Insert...External Command point to the batch file. make sure to set No display and wait as your options

EXTERNALCOMMAND/NO_DISPLAY, WAIT ; C:\SoundClips\PROGRAMFINISHED.BAT

Get wave files from internet or use this to create a wave file
