tp20 vs tp200

If I change a TP200 to a TP20 do I have to change any settings on my brown & Sharp cmm

I changed my probe files but I'm getting a .0004 to .008 when measure a ring gage Ø1.250 compared to my TP200

Any ideas why

Touch speed is 1 area to look at, not sure what you use, i would recommend starting at 2 or 3 and go up if repeating or down if not able to repeat. The technologies are close, however ensure that your part isn't magnatized. Magnatized parts can wreak havok on TP20's, but won't bother TP200's... Good luck
