OK. This may not be the best method but say for instance you have a pocket with several holes and steps etc. and that group of features repeats say every 5 inches in the Y Direction. You can group those features, copy and paste. drop an alignment with a 2" offset before your copied group, say yes to modify all below alignment then delete the alignment and say no this time and your group will be shift 2" up the part. my explanation may be confusing but I'm guessing most everyone knows to do this.
