'object not found' means exactly that. An object of the Quindos program is missing from the database (can be an ELE, or a PRB, or ...) but without more information I can not tell you what is missing. if you look on the bottom line of the screen, it should show what object type and name it is looking for. At the same time, it may not be an issue with the object 'missing', but the fact that the wrong object (ELE/CSY/PRB,....) is being referenced/used/called.
Without seeing your program, I can not tell what 'chart' you are mentioning
