Leitz PMM866 cmm running QUINDOS 6 (UNIX)
During startup on the bottom of the screen this message appears
# S_1 CMWAIT Error on communications cmm <==> QUINDOS!
The software will open and I run a program that homes the CMM and tells it which probe is in the probehead.
During program execution this warning message appears:
Source information received from the CMM is incorrect or cannot be interpreted.
Check the connection and if the problem persists call LEITZ SERVICE.
Going to try shutting off the main power supply unit and restarting it.
Anyone had this issue and what did you do?
I will report how this attempt (restarting the power supply unit) went.
