Quindos Hob and Shaver

Hi all

I started working in Quindos (ver.7). Now I know how to measure gear.Slight smile
Today tried to measure the hob, but failed.
Does anyone have any detailed instructions (Manual)?
Please, send me on email: zavyalov@galika.ru

Also tried to measure the shaver. Did not work. I enter all the necessary parameters. Manually gets 2 points between the teeth (CLP-PRB-CLP-PRB). Then, the CMM goes into automatic mode, the probe goes to the top of measurement and then I get the error "This type of probe is wrong to perform this operation".
I use probe TP20 with 2 stylus (T1A0B0 Tip3by20, T2A90B0 Tip2by20). At the beginning of the program, I calibrated probe in 7 positions. (T1A0B0, T2A0B0, T2A0B180, T2A0B45, T2A0B135, T2A0B-45, T2A0B-135). I think it's enough. What am I doing wrong?

  • the fact that CMM 'goes into automatic mode' for the shaver, indicates that they have the license for that option/module. (If the license was not activated for the option, then when attempting to execute, an error message indicating 'command not enabled' would have come up instead of going into 'automatic mode')

I suspect that an input/value was not entered correctly for the shaver parameters. At the same time, a touch trigger probe should not be used for measuring a shaver. A scanning probe should be used.
