Circle between tangents

How can I put circle between two axis (tangents) about specific radius?

  • The command you need to use is CONCT2D (connect 2D elements). If you input your two axes (lines) as element 1 & element 2 with the diameter of your tangential circle as Value 2, you will get 4 potential results (since there are 4 possible contact locations for a circle tangential to 2 lines), so you need to enter 4 names in the result element(s) box (separated by commas). The Command should look something like this when all entries are complete

    CONCT2D (NAM=(RES(1),RES(2),RES(3),RES(4)), CSY=REFR$CSY, RES=CIR, TYP=, EL1=AXI(1), EL2=AXI(2), VL2=20)
