Copy your PRC from the UDB to your LDB then use EDTPRC to edit the procedure. Once you have made the necessary changes and proven it out on the machine you can safely delete the old PRC from the UDB and then replace it with your new one. Remember to delete the PRC from the LDB once you are finished.
