So, how do you all handle composite Positional or Profile Feature Control Frames in Quindos? Most 2 segment FCF's with a single datum on the second segment are easy to interpret but I am currently dealing with a Positional one with 3 segments and a Profile (of a Surface) with 4 segments. Made an inquiry with Steven W. but haven't heard anything back yet on a proper approach to handling the segments after the primary. I realize that the subsequent segments only involve orientations (no positions) and must be within the tolerance zones of the previous segments.
If you need more info (schematic drawing representation), let me know if that makes a difference in approach.
for FCF with single datum, gauge fitting can be utilized, GAUG2D. For profile callouts, fitting of the profile can be done with BFIT2D and fixing, or not, of the absicca/ordinate/rotation to constrain the fitting
