Quindos shut down suddenly when it was working. I restarted the computer and cmm main controller for many times, but it did not work. Every time it showed a fatar error before it shut down. Please help me.
PTODEV is "pass to device" which means it is trying to communicate with the controller. Check the ethernet connection as I have had similar problems to this when the cable has been pulled. It can look like it's connected fine but if you unplug it and plug back in again the error goes away - obviously shut down Quindos and turn the controller off before unplugging the cable. Whilst were considering the machine connection, also make sure that you're plugged into the correct ethernet port on the PC and that the IP address is set correctly. Many times I've ran into problems because an IT representative changed the IP settings or because somebody unplugged things and then plugged them back in incorrectly.
The very first thing you need to do is remove PTODEV from wherever it comes from, as PTODEV is not part of the Quindos start up routine but has been programmed by somebody.
This would seem to indicate that Quindos has started correctly BEFORE the crash due to PTODEV.
If the connection to the machine or another device (hence the name, Pass TO DEVice) is not available then Quindos my crash under certain circumstances.
You should be able to stop Quindos manually directly after start up & before it gets to PTODEV.
