Where is Romax release documentation?

Where can I view the Romax release documentation?

  • Romax release documentation that includes technical notes, installation guides and tutorials on how to use the software is hosted on the Nexus Documentation Centre.

    Currently Romax documentation requires elevated account permissions to view.

    If your Organization has an active maintenance agreement then you may request access by following the steps below:

    1. Ensure you are registered & signed in to Nexus.
    2. Go to the Documentation Center and Sign in using your Nexus account if not automatically signed in.
    3. Request access to the Romax documentation by logging a support case: https://nexus.hexagon.com/home/contact/support/ - Please ensure you have completed step 2 before contacting support.
    4. Congratulations, you should receive access within 24 hours!

    When you are logged in:

    The Register and Sign In options at the top right of the screen will be replaced and you will see your profile icon with your Initials in it.

    How do I confirm I am logged in to the Nexus Documentation Center?

    How do I know if my account requires additional permissions?

    If you are logged in to the Nexus Documentation Center and unable to view this page and receive the following then your account permissions require updating:

    ERROR CODE: 403

    To see this page, you need to sign in with a customer-entitled account that has permissions to view this content.
