When i try to open simufact by the clicking the application file, it shows some error. I tried to resinstall the software, still the problem occurs. Also, sometimes the software closes automatically and prompts I dont have licensce, but the solver runs
when automatically closed, it shows like this. If I check licencce file, it shows i am using the GUI

At that time, I have to close the solver in task manager, then it works normally. If it happens I have to restart all simulation process, it consumes lot of time.
The running solver does not influence, if a GUI can be opened or not. Your license file contains one solver license and 2 GUI licenses for Simufact Welding. The license overview shows that both GUI licenses are currently used and thus no further GUI can be opened. Before trying to open another GUI, please make sure, that you have no GUI open. You can check this in the task manager.
