example- Can we use two different flow curves for a single workpiece which as two different materials like a cylinder with inner portion of ss316L and outer portion as IN718 printed using Additive manufacturing?

For hot forging it depends on which method you will use (FE or FV). For FV job it is not possible. For FE job you can separate the workpiece as two and for each one you can assign the desired material data.
