Graphic card usage for simulation

Hello Community,

 I have powerful graphic card specially installed for my forming simulations but i don't see it kicking in when ever i run a simulation. I have been running a simulation and it took me 3 days to complete it. 

Is there an option to make sure that the application uses graphic card? Even in the task manager the performance of my graphic card is bare min.

    Basically, the Marc Solver supports a calculation for certain graphics cards and certain matrix solvers, but Simufact Forming does not offer this possibility. Tests have not revealed any significant advantages. The basic problem seems to be that GPU computing relies on massive parallelization, and most Simufact models are too small for that, no matter which parallelization technique is used.

    If you struggle with the calculation time of your process, I recommend to check a guide from Simcompanion. The guide was originally created for Simufact Welding, but refers heavily to the Marc Solver. It may help you to speed up your Simufact Forming simulations or to understand where the solver wastes a lot of calculation time:
